A: No. Not currently, but may consider on a case by case basis. Please inquire at sales@bncables.com. We do ship to USA and Canada.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: You will receive an email from sales@bncables.com with tracking info and also you can
track your order in your account section. Please allow 24-48 hours for email processing.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
    
A: We are committed to handling your order faster than the competition. If ordering before 2 PM (EST), we can ship out the very same day. And because we have warehouses around the country, most orderes are received within 3-5 days.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: YES. Please inquire. If your order meets certain quantities we can offer Free Shipping, AND. Please note that we are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all plenum cables.

Q: How do I calculate Shipping Costs?

A: Simply add your items to the cart. When ready, in the upper right hand corner and click on the shopping cart. Then select either view cart or checkout. You will need to enter your shipping address and the shipping costs will be calculated for you, in case of any issue contact us on +1-571-449-8577 or email us at sales@bncables.com so we can process your order with shipping.

Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund after a return?

A: To be honest, we have never needed to refund a customer. We hope you are 100% satisfied with our products. But if you are not, please contact us at sales@bncables.com and we will gladly arrange a return for you. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs. It will be your responsibility to pay for return shipping. Once we have received the products, a refund will be processed within 24 hours. It may take 24-48 hours for the refund to post to your credit card. If you paid by any other payment method, a check will be mailed to you directly.
